Existing stairs were remodeled to update the look of the home as well as open up the entry of the home. An existing half wall was demolished and a new railing was added to give the home a larger appearance.
We performed the following work
- Installed new stair rails with a more modern style
- Removed half wall from 2nd floor game room
- Patched and texture wall
- Installed new banister
- Installed new metal balusters
- Stained stairs to match new flooring
- New oak trim throughout stair area
